This package includes approximately: 

- 11 lbs. Leg of Lamb

- 9 lbs. Shoulder Roast

- 2-3 lbs. Lamb Steaks

- 10 lbs. Lamb Chops

- 7-8 lbs. Lamb Burger

- 4 lbs. Lamb Stew

- 2-3 lbs. Lamb Shanks

The Details

After you place your order for a Full Lamb, your card will not be charged until the lamb is in the freezer and ready for pick up. We will adjust the total weight on your order to match the weight of the Lamb you received. You'll be charged $17.99/lb. For example... If the lamb you receive is smaller and only yielded 38.5 lbs. of total meat. 38.5 x $17.99 = $692.62. Please email us or call with any questions you might have! These lambs were born in April and May of this year and were raised on open pasture in the high mountains of Panguitch, Utah. They're grass-fed and have never been given a shot of any kind. These lambs are a product of hard work, passion, gratitude and overall stewardship of raising livestock. We're very grateful for these animals, the land, and how it allows us to offer these products to you and your family.
